Frances Ollie Grant 7/26/1910 - 3/31/2006 (Shown at age 19) Frances Ollie Grant was born on 7/26/1910 in Bascom, FL and died on 3/31/2006 in Blountstown, FL. She was 96 years old. In 1929 she married John Marvin Halley in Apalachicola. She was a faithful member of Blountstown First Pentecostal Holiness Church for more than 70 years and active in the Ladies Auxiliary until her health declined. Throughout her life she took tremendous pride and enjoyment in helping others and especially enjoyed preparing fresh baked goods when this ministry met a need. She also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Blountstown Chapter 179. Ollie and her husband, John Marvin, built the two-story Halley's Services Station on North Main Street, Blountstown, FL, in 1946, where they worked together until his death in 1962. Following his death, she worked at Pelt's Department Store for about 25 years. She also served as a Gray Lady at the Calhoun General Hospital for more than 10 years. Burial at Boggs Cemetery in Blountstown, FL.

Both of Charles parents and Bessie's mother were born in SC and Bessie's father was born in NC. Charles is a farmer working a general farm. Lula M. is a teacher working in the public school.
