Jessie Florence Parish was born on April 15, 1871 in Calhoun County, Florida and died about 1900 in Blountstown, Florida. Actual date of death is unknown. She lived to be about 28 years old.

While her daughter (Jessie Florence) would not talk about it much, she did say Florence was an Hitchiti Indian.
