Bessie Howard was born on October 15, 1902 in Calhoun County, Georgia and died on August 21, 1962 in Frostproof, Florida. She lived to be 59 years old.

She was call "Aunt Punch". She married Rhody Hollingsworth and they had no children. Second marriage to Charlie Bardwell.
